The person behind the report

With decades of experience in the housing industry, I’ve worked in a wide range of areas including renovations, demolition, landscaping, energy audits, and utility locates.
Over the years, I’ve seen firsthand how often things can be done incorrectly. That’s what motivated me to go back to college and become a certified Home Inspector. I graduated with honors and went on to establish House Whisperer Home Inspections.
I have now been a Home Inspector for over 10 years and am proud to be certified with InterNACHI (International Association of Certified Home Inspectors).
My approach is simple: I provide a clear, unbiased assessment of each property—highlighting both the strengths and the concerns. I don’t influence your decision; I let the house speak for itself and make sure you understand what it’s telling you.
My goal is to give you the knowledge you need to make a confident, informed decision.
